Our Policy

To expedite turn-around time we will accept your heads, cylinders and intake manifold on an exchange basis. Only cosmetically perfect, unmodified parts will be accepted for exchange. Heads that do not meet our standards will take an extra 2 to 3 weeks in process. UPS Packing Requirements specify that each component (head or cylinder) should be packed in its own box, and then all boxes packed into a larger box. Following this procedure will almost certainly eliminate damage in shipping.

Our Shippers/Receivers have lost their ability to read minds.

There is absolutely no warranty on the following:

Any parts or labor used in racing or off road applications
Any part that has been physically altered, improperly installed or maintained
Any product or service used in improper applications, abused or not used in conjunction with the proper parts or service
Any product that has been placed into, or continued in operation, without proper setup, including but not limited to jetting and or tuning, ignition/cam timing or lubrication
Any product or work that has been damaged by ingestion or introduction of foreign matter or objects through the intake, oiling system or other source
Cycle-Rama, Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damage or loss which may arise from sale, installation or use of our products or service
