CYCLE-RAMA POLICY

To expedite turnaround time we will accept your heads, cylinders and intake manifold on an exchange basis. Only cosmetically perfect, unmodified parts will be accepted for exchange. Heads that do not meet our standards will take an extra 2 to 3 weeks in process. UPS Packing Requirements specify that each component (head or cylinder) should be packed in its own box, and then all boxes packed into a larger box. Following this procedure will almost certainly eliminate damage in shipping.
